How to eat breakfast every morning before going to work
"I feel so much healthier and energitic throughout the day......"
How I did it: In the beginning I ate small items as I prepared myself for work.....apples w/peanut butter, bananas, toast, doughnuts, muffins, plain poptarts, granola snacks, fruit bars, breakfast bars and I made sure that I had either milk or juice with the meal......
Then I started actually cooking grits, boiling eggs, bacon, or sausage.....
Now I eat (just about anything) every morning before 9:00 am. If I don't eat I get really hungry during the day.......
