How to lose 40lbs.
How I did it: I counted calories and made sure I stayed around 1500 calories per day!
I lost 8 lbs the first 3 weeks and then lost a steady 1 lb per week after that!
I treat myself to anything I crave so as to not drive myself crazy :)
