How to grow my nails

I´m over the moon! 
"It took me long time to quit bitting my nails but it worth doiing it!"
How I did it: I started using a enforcement treatment in a nail spa so, despite some failures in my plan, I keep on letting them grow. They are very weak but they look better and better everyday.
