How to eat healthier
"I don't always eat hearty, healthy food, but the times when I don't are now the exception, not the rule."
How I did it: Drive and determination, the rest is just self-control. I slowly started to condition myself, telling myself how horrible fast food was each time I ate it. Educating myself as to the actual nutritional properties of it. First I eliminated soda's out of my life, then candy, and now junk food. It's a slow process and you have to continually tell yourself, "I want to eat healthier food." So that the food you want to eat, is also the food your body wants to eat. The last step was getting over my aversion to various healthy foods. Certain veggies and various things.
Lessons & tips: Keep at it.
