How I did it: Good Gcse results, Good A levels, Work experience, interviews to get into med school. Then lectures from 9 till 5 most days, lots and lots and lots of studying.

Lessons & tips: Only go for this if you really want it as its not for the faint hearted and it is hard work and never gets easier as you progress in your career.

Resources: Friends and Family are essential as it is so stressful and challenging!

Need self belief when things get tough and determination.
