How I did it: I had a lucid dream and looked it up...after about one month or reading and becoming active in a community, and keeping a "dream journal" i could induce lucid dreams.

Lessons & tips: There are several methods, i recommend looking them up and starting to
practice them, but i found that the most helpful thing to do is to join
a community. The more you immerse yourself in an atmosphere that is all
about lucid dreaming, the more likely you are to think about this
inside your dream, and realize you're dreaming.
