How I did it: It was a Port call on a Cruise, Cozumel, Mexico. The scenery was beautiful and very neat. We went horse riding on the west side of the island and ate authenic tacos and drank corona's on the beach. Very relaxing.
Lessons & tips: If you do the horseback riding be sure to take sun screen and wear sleeves. The sun is very brutal down there and I actually ended up getting sun burnt very bad, but the fruit drinks on the cruise helpt with that :-).
