How to lose 10 pounds
How I did it: I was preparing for my 3 Day Breast Cancer walk and the pounds literally came off! I walked 5-7 days a week. Some days it was only 3 miles and others it was 10 miles. I had a couple of weeks where I didn't do anything but it was easy to back into the groove of things.
Lessons & tips: I didn't have a main goal of "losing weight" I just wanted to train for my 60 mile walk. It made it more enjoyable that way. I wanted to be prepared and to be healthy. There is too much pressure when you have to exercise to lose weight. It makes it less enjoyable.
