How to take vitamins daily
How I did it: Simple. I bought vitamins and put them on my bathroom counter, right in the middle, annoyingly in the way, so that I couldn't avoid them. Impossible to forget. I wouldn't call it a habit yet, but I'm well on my way to creating a habit, at which time I'm comfortable that I can get those things off the middle of my counter and back into the cupboard.
Lessons & tips: For some simple, small task that you want to do regularly, but tend to have a conveniently short memory about, maybe coming up with a trick to force the situation is the best approach. Obviously, this won't work for every scenario, but it's a tool worth considering.
