How to cure my insomnia
How I did it: Simple in theory, harder in practise.
-Don't do anything but sleep on your bed
-Exercise and tire yourself in the day
-Wake up and go to bed at the same time everyday
-Don't eat right before bed
-Wear an eyemask and earplugs
-Read just before bed and meditate to calm yourself
Lessons & tips: Don't stress about the time! Don't worry about not falling asleep cos it's a never ending cycle.
