How to exercise regularly
How I did it: the biggest, and dare i say the only, struggle i faced working on this goal was motivation. which is why finding a workout partner was key. my partner holds me accountable, im a complete ass if i bail on them. soon into our sessions, we both began to develop our "zones" so now motivation is not a struggle at all, but an abundant blessing... i cant wait to workout! in fact ill be doing so today. =0)

five below's little fitness section, walmart for heavier weights
craigslist has good deals on more elaborate equipment (i.e. treadmills, benches, etc)
