How to stretch every day
How I did it: I used to be insanely flexible when I was a kid, and I was horrified a few months ago when I realized I could no longer touch my toes. Obviously this goal has helped! I put aside half an hour or so every night, and it makes me feel so much better about my day. I am now determined to do the splits - something I haven't tried in at least five years.
Lessons & tips: Just do it until it becomes routine. I always stretch after showering, because then the muscles are already warm from the water. The hardest part of adopting a daily goal is finding time for it, so having a set time helped a lot.
