How I did it: I have moved to a new city and that was a big start. I was out jogging when I saw the city's art museum. I lived nearby. Later that week some of the guys who lived in my building were talking about walking buy the museum school and seeing a female model. I was just so intreuged that I had to do it.

After the first class, women came up to me and told me very flattering things about my physique, things I had never realized. This made me very comfortable doing it a 2nd time, knowing the smiles were not at me but rather for me.
I always found artists to be very polite and helpful. I should add grateful that I was doing this for them.  I worked hard at being a good model, swimming and yoga so I could be very flexable etc.
It got to the point that they would wait for me in the hall just to tell me they liked me as a model & then add something to the effect of "and I like your rear end" as I was walking away.
At times, women especially would approach me in public places like the mall and say nice things to me. Women asked me to model for them at home and, once their, do more 'graphic' poses (IE on all fours from the back). Nobody was crude, but always tastefully complemented me on my physique etc.
ITs like a zen thing - if you are shy about your body, pose nude and confront your fears.

Lessons & tips: Only that it was the best thing I ever did for myself. If its nagging at you to do this, try it once - just go for it !!

DONT BE AFRAID OF BEING EMBARRASSED WITH AN ERECTION - IT JUST DOESNT HAPPEN, YOU'RE TOO EXCITED FOR IT TO HAPPEN, BELIEVE ME IT WONT !!!
