How to lose 10 more pounds
How I did it: I should have posted this a long time ago I have taken off that 10 and then some.....Vegetables!!!! O and very few processed foods. I am still loosing weight. I don't think everyone needs to be a vegetarian. Just incorporate more vegetables in your diet. We have all forgoten how to eat and are too busy to cook. Slow down and enjoy it!
