How I did it: I set up a goal reminder here on 43 things and hit reply to myself with 2 things that make my partner happy. Each week the reminder email arrived and while it would have been nice to reply to myself every week, there were often times i ignored the email. Still, it was usually easy enough to think of just 2 things at a time and keep them in a running gmail conversation.
Lessons & tips: find an organization and chunking system that works for you. ten at a time in a journal? 2 at a time in an email? one a day on a calendar?
