How to make more lists
How I did it: I just started carrying around a pad of paper and a pen at all times. Randomly, when stressed or confused, I would start a new list. Any kind. It would settle my nerves and my mind, and once I realized that it became a habit after a few weeks. Even stupid lists, like purple things in the room, would work, put myself into the groove of listing things. Of course, making too many probably isnt good- DONT get in the habit of listing and categorizing everything in your life; life will lose its charm.
Lessons & tips: Carry paper and a pen, always. Start with easy, ordinary lists: to do, favorite books, movies, CDs. Then try harder ones. Like what makes you happy, what makes you sad. (Take which is longer than the other as a sign. Try to lengthen the former, shorten the latter.)
