How I did it: Honestly, I didn't expect to burst out like that.  Speaking the truth is no guarantee that you're going to be with that person, but i'm so happy I said it.  If things don't work out between us, it was closure in itself that my truth was let out instead of suppressing it all the time.  He knows how i feel now.  No Secrets.  Everyone should do this.
