Hey, i’ve just recently joined and i’m now 11 stone which is the heaviest i have been in my whole life. i really want to do this diet and lose 2 stone but i just wanted to know what exercise you were doing?? x

I’m going to be honest and I say I didn’t exersise much at all. I did exersise every week with my school’s exersise routine which was either netball, badminton, tennis or rounders. I enjoy swimming but I don’t do it much-I need to go more actually!!
Sorry this didn’t really help much but I do suggest swimming!!

i find losing weight hard

Sure!!

Of course that is possible! Anything is possible if you put your mind to it :) My friend’s mum joined Weight Watchers and she managed to lose a few stone in 3 months? She went to the gym 2-3 times a week and did the weight watchers point system and she’s now 2 dress sizes smaller!

I would try to eat as healthily as possible with a treat every week. So porridge or musli and fruit for breakfast, salads or sandwiches are always good for lunch and you can make them in advance and lots of fish and steamed vegetables for dinner? That’s just a basic idea of what I do (kind of) I sometimes go off the rails and that is fine too. Though I’ve been a vegetarian for a year so I don’t eat meat or fish.

If you make yourself a diary, I find it motivates me more when I look back at the dates where I’ve said I am struggling but then notice I was 7lbs heavier then? You could write down your feelings and your weight during the diet or just your intake/ outtake calories for each day?
