How to start a scrapbook

How I did it: I'm not new to scrapbooking so it wasn't like I was trying to just start something entirely new. But I haven't done it in any regular way for years and I've had a bunch of pictures I wanted to put together of my boyfriend and I - even though they're on facebook, it isn't as much fun to look at as a handmade decorated book :)
Lessons & tips: Give yourself a budget because you can easily spend hundreds of dollars on supplies... especially if you're one of those people who doesn't really finish what they start.
