How I did it: So I went to new orleans and I was NOT gonna try alligator, every time I thought about it i felt a little nauseous.    But when a bunch of friends and I went out for dinner, some of them ordered it.  They were exclaiming about how it was sooooo good so finally i was like fine I'll try it.  And let me tell you they were ABSOLUTELY RIGHT!  it was like chicken only juicer and more flavorful!  Try fried or baked, it is just fabulous.  I can't wait to go back, as there is nowhere to get Alligator in the middle of Michigan.  ps if you ever go to New Orleans, you must go to Mulate's (where I had alligator) for dinner.  Their food is the best and they have live cajun music and dancing!
