How to go on a mission trip

How I did it: I went to Mexico to help at a mission and orphanage for a week with some friends and family members. There are too many details to go into right now, but it was incredible. It took a lot of planning and fundraising to be able to get our group down there, but it was so worth it. I really feel I made a difference in the lives of those kids.
Lessons & tips: Don't expect anything. Just go and be, and see what happens.
