How to sleep better
How I did it: After a stressful time I was finding it very hard to sleep and had a lot on my mind. I found writing a list of what was bothering me before bed helped. I got it all down and didn't censor. Somehow getting it on paper instead of bubbling round my mind, made me able to stop worrying about things so much and I was able to sleep. Not only that, but over the days, I had a list to work from to sort things out.
Lessons & tips: Write down what's bothering you and it will help you see what changes need to happen to make you feel happier.
