How to eat less sugar
How I did it: I cut down to only one sugar in a coffee (and cut back on the coffee too) and limited myself to one chocolate bar in my lunch each day maximum. It was surprisingly easy, especially once all the Easter eggs were out of my way LOL!
Lessons & tips: Set realistic limits for yourself and gradually reduce them so it's not a huge effort to stick to it.
Resources: Willpower, healthy alternatives (like a piece of fruit), being realistic!
