How to weigh 160 Pounds
"It feels so great to see progress from all my workouts."
How I did it: Following the couch to 5K program and not eating out as much. After my runs, I do about half an hour on the elliptical. Packing my lunch instead of eating out saves me money and calories. We don't have money to order in or eat out really so that has been a big help. As a result I have now lost 12lbs and weight less than I have in years. I can't wait to lose even more.
