How I did it: 1. decide what time you need to get up on workdays.
2. get up at that
time EVERY DAY - including saturdays and sundays, even if you are
exhausted and have been out till 2:30am the night before
3. do what you need to do to stay awake - exercise, watch tv whatever UNTIL.....
4.the days you are really tired, have a nap of no more than 30 minutes, before 2pm
5.
if you're REALLY tired, have a cup of coffee just before your nap
(caffeine takes about 45 mins to start working) - tip from sleep lab in
Loughborough, UK
6. don't give up! you will be knackered for a few
days, and then you'll be so tired your body will be SO ready for bed
early that you'll start to change your body clock
