How to give up soda
"Easy and beneficial."
How I did it: I just quit. I can't remember when exactly, but I remember as soon as I hit my teens, every time I drank anything fizzy, I felt sick. Particularly with food. I was completely put off.
I would say I've given it up completely and have always preferred water or fruit juice, but on the occasion when I have had soda in the past few years, I'm often told that from the sugar rush I get insanely hyper and that I'm like a different person. And the crashes are awful too.
Lessons & tips: Just do it! You'll feel alot healthier afterwards.
