How to bring my lunch to work and eat what i bring
"When I put thought into what i bring for lunch, I actually enjoy eating it. And end up eating a normal portion instead of being stuffed with bigger portions at cafes. "
How I did it: This took planning - from grocery lists to recipe books. And I listened to myself and prepared tsty things that I would actually enjoy eating instead of just bringing random stuff that ends up sitting in the fridge at work and going bad.
