How to get married

"best day ever!"
How I did it: We planned in secret for nearly 3 years, waiting for the right date to arrive, we invited everyone over for our combined birthday party, then he proposed to me in front of all our special friends and family. about an hour later we snuck away and got changed into our wedding gears, and and surprised everyone - again! The celebrant was one of our close friends - we also didnt tell him, so it was a complete surprise for everyone.
walked over to the beach and got married on a beautiful sunny winters day, surrounded by the people who mean the most to us. Amazing.
Lessons & tips: I totally underestimated the power created when people who love each other come together, i have never thought that a wedding day would be a powerful moment but it was. Im not a religious person at all, but there was something going on that day!
