How to eat more fruit
"So tasty, so healthy"
How I did it: I gradually started to eat a piece/serving of fruit at nearly every meal and snack (I eat every two hours, meal, snack, repeated 3 times a day). I keep the kitchen well stocked with a variety of fruits, especially apples, oranges and bananas, but also cherries, dates, grapes and strawberries :)
Lessons & tips: Whenever you find yourself reaching for a less than healthy snack option, just turn to the fruit instead. Way more delicious than any processed snack and far healthier.
