How to dream lucidly
"Sometimes i get super excited just because its bedtime...sure never imagined id ever have that thought!!"
How I did it: I took a nap every day at lunch, 20-30min was ideal. I practiced reality checking myself during the day, just asking myself "Am I dreaming?" to make it a habit that would carry over to dreams. Also meditation helped me too. Each time i went to sleep i concentrated on staying lucid but falling deeper and deeper into a sleep state, always with two thoughts, I will lucid dream, I will remember all of my dreams.
Lessons & tips: read books on lucid dreaming, websites, anything you can get your hands on. I owe my quick accomplishment of lucid dreaming to meditation and daily 20 min naps
