How to become an early riser
How I did it: Technically, I've not become an early riser but I did see the rising sun for twenty-one days. It was fun for someone who never gets up early. In summers, it used to be the intense sun rays that forced me to leave the bed at 8 am or so.
The window in my room faces East. At times, when the alarm used to go off at 5:30 am, I could just look out of the window and check whether the sun was up or not. But when I slept on time, I went to the terrace and watched and felt how pleasant everything was.
All this amounts to nothing because I came back to my room and went off to sleep again. And I still get up at 8 am.
Lessons & tips: Getting up early is a lot more than leaving the bed when the alarm goes off. Your entire day has to be planned in the right manner. Plus, you shouldn't be a person who enjoys night time so much.
