How to lose ten pounds
How I did it: before i started this goal i had gained almost ten pounds, so naturally i wanted to lose it, and then some. so over the summer and into the fall and winter i just cut back my portions. i didn't do too much exercise because my lifestyle is already very busy; and, my arts and my schooling get my mind off of food. i started going on walks every day when the weather got warmer, and i used myfooddiary.com to track my meals. i feel very healthy and energized now that i've lost 15 pounds.
Lessons & tips: don't worry if you gain a few pounds over a few days despite good eating habits and exercising. the body needs to create a bounce back effect for it to drop the weight for good.
