How to exercise 3X a week

How I did it: if you're trying to get motivated to exercise, the answer is most often just to do it. stop making excuses, or find a more compelling reason. just go.
for me, my mum bought an erg, so i started rowing 30 minutes each day. eventually i got tired of it so i started walking my dog every day. hey, someone's gotta walk that animal, right? i figure, if i do it, then i'm getting my workout at the same time. win-win.
