How to become a Zumba instructor by B

How I did it: I signed up a few months ago to become a Zumba instructor. I wanted to become one because I took one class and was hooked! Amazing full body work out. There were never any instructional classes close to me though. One day I decided to check and there was one in my town! I signed up right away. I am so glad I did it!

Lessons & tips:

  • Bring at least one change of clothes if not 2. And I mean everything all the way down to the undies
  • Bring food and a water bottle. You will get hungry and thirsty!
  • Bring some type of energy drink/coffee for after lunch. You will need it...
  • Sign up for ZIN!
  • Bring a good attitude and leave your worries at the door! It's all about having fun!
  • Get a full nights sleep the night before.

Zumba is basically an aerobic dance class but with a latin flair. I absolutely love it!

Seems like alot of fun..

I have been doing quite a bit of aerobics so this sounds great. I’ll look to see if they have the classes here in Australia…I haven’t seen them so it would be good to try it.
