How to make a List of 100 Things I Love About Me
"I wasn't aware that there were this many things about myself that I actually like."
How I did it: I thought this would be good for me since I'm working on my happiness project. I needed to boost my self-esteem and this definitely helped.
I did a lot of soul-searching and really thought about the things that are good about me. I challenged myself to do it in a week so I could add another item to my 43 things list. Every day, I made a concious decision to find something about myself that I like. As they came to me, I wrote them down and I finally got to 100.
