How to floss Every Day for month
"Just have to do it until it becomes a habit."
How I did it: I found that often I was too tired or fell asleep before I could floss, so I decided to floss in the mornings instead. I marked off on a calendar when I flossed so I could see my progess. Now that I have done it everyday for a month, it is part of my routine and I don't have to think about it anymore. My teeth feel great and so do I.
