How I did it: I use to drink a lot of soda and one day I saw an article about how much water does for your body. For example, it helps with brain function and weight loss and I just decided to do it.

I'm so excited about what has happened since. I've gone done 1 sizes by changing nothing in my diet and I've fine it's easier to remember things. The best part though is my sleeping pattern has change... I'M SLEEPING.

Lessons & tips: Start slow! Pushing water down your throat just makes you sick.

Resources: Freeze your water. The colder the water the easier to drink it is.
