How to lose 10 kg
How I did it: I read a book titled 'the end of overeating'... they really take you into the fast food industry and makes you so sick, you never want a burger again!!!
I cut out my sugar, salt and fat. I actually lost weight so quickly that I felt very uncomfortable in my body so I put weight on again. After managing it sucessfully over christmas, I didn't put any weight on! I knew it was okay for me to try again to get to the weight I wanted. I am now in the middle of my BMI, and actually feel good in my body now!
Lessons & tips: Get a cookbook that can help you cook everything from the basic ingredients.. in other words, don't buy mayonaise, take seven minutes to make your own it will be much healthier for you. All sauces, all soups, dinners etc. This way you really cut down on sugar, salt and fat, which are the three things you NEED to cut down on.
