How to fast for 3 days
It made me

How I did it: -water water water
-centrum vitamin pills (gives u all the essential vitamins from "A-zinc") lol
-those of you who have parents/family that ask you to eat dinner with them just say u either already ate...or just grab something to drink at the dinner table
