How to learn about myself through therapy
"I think everyone should be in therapy, you can really learn to listen to yourself and understand better what experiences have made you who you are."
How I did it: I don't know if I am done or taking a break, but when I returned from vacation I realized I didn't want to return. I am not where I want to be yet, but I know the answers are inside me.
Lessons & tips: Find a therapist you fit well with, don't be afraid to try a few different ones. They want you to feel comfortable too.
