It’s a horrible feeling to be unhappy with your weight and feel trapped.
Some people are naturally bigger than others, I will never ever be really slim and I know that.
If you’re eating healthy try cutting down your portions and doing more exercise 5 days a week.
Most importantly, unless your size is making you unhealthy, try to understand it’s not the be all or end all. You’re an incredibly pretty girl. Don’t be too harsh on yourself!
How to go to a nutritionist
How I did it: I set up a free meeting with my college's nurtritionist, and she basically gave me a list of foods that would be impossible to get on campus. She also told me what I could get on campus, but it was the stuff I was already eating. Salads, fruits, lean meats, low fat dairy, and whole grains (in healthy proportions spread out through the day). So as it turns out I already eat healthy and I'm just doomed to be overweight.
Lessons & tips: If you already eat salads with LEAN meats and fruits and grains and dairy, don't bother going to see a nutritionist. They tell you everything you should already know. I figured she would tell me that I was supposed to be eating something else because my metabolism is different, but that wasn't the case.
