How to go to a therapist
"This goal is still in the works...I didn't mean to add it to my completed tasks, although I have made some progress..."
How I did it: I have been going to a support group, which has been therapeutic. Also, I just got a new job, which provides full health insurance coverage. I will be investigating my benefits in greater detail, and hopefully, my coverage will enable me to attend private sessions. I think that it would really be helpful.
Lessons & tips: Uh...have insurance :P
Also, I guess, don't be afraid to seek help. Seeking help is a sign of strength, not weakness.
