How to eat healthier
How I did it: Not eating much of anything but fruit, fish & veggies, with a little pasta or rice thrown in occasionally.
Once you start, it's surprisingly simple and easy to do! Even going out to eat, which I thought would be a big challenge, has been simpler as each month passes.
Lessons & tips: Baby steps. It's not hard to figure out alternative menus if you try a few at a time.
You might want to start by cutting out beef, then pork, then fowl. I went ahead & did it cold turkey (no pun intended) but that's just a personal preference.
Resources: You don't really need anything. Try reading "Fast Food Nation" and "Diet for a Small Planet" for inspiration.
