How to get up early
"The best way to start your day and feel good through out the day is to get up early and have some time for yourself. An amazing experience."
How I did it: It took one week to get adjusted to early routine..but I finally did it.
This is how it worked...asked few friends of mine to call each other at 6.30 and lets all go to gym. There are 4 of us now and we call each other whoever wakes up earlier and believe me this is working great!!!
Hope you also find some buddies and help each others.
Lessons & tips: 1st week will be difficult but just push yourself to wake up early for a week ...after that it will become your routine.
