How I did it: I told the truth.  I stood up against all the lies and manipulation.  I stuck by myself and my belief in myself at all cost.  I focused on what I wanted my kids to learn about standing up against wrong-doing.  I read Psalm 37 a lot. 

Lessons & tips: Do not give up on yourself!!  There will never be another you on this earth.  You are valuable and precious.  By getting out of this now, and not going back, you will be paving a path for hundreds of other women to follow you out of darkness and into freedom and light!  You are strong and your place is in the light!
