How I did it: I've been unemployed for quite sometime now and I was feeling restless of not being able to do something that's related to the field that I went to school for. I saw an ad in the newspaper about a volunteer opportunity relating to resizing photos and replied to it. It actually took them a while to respond back, but I was dedicated enough that they got me in the team. I'm not doing the photo rescaling, instead, I'm doing Graphics related stuff...which is what I really wanted to do. So it works for me and the organization!
