How to think positively
"I cut down on caffeine."
How I did it: Recovering from the stomach flu, I accidentally detoxed from caffeine since I couldn't hold anything down for about a week.
Once I started drinking my usual amount of coffee (way too much), I realized that being over-caffeinated made me anxious and negative.
