How to stop eating junk
"I feel much, much better."
How I did it: I just one day realised that Junk Food makes me feel ill and decided not to go back. Tada. Surprisingly easy. Wish it was the same with sweets.. *sigh*
Lessons & tips: If you feel like having the occasionally guilty treat (say..every 4 months or so) go and have it..you should quickly realise that it wasn't worth it. (Happened to me)
