How I did it: My mother and I pretty much did everything ourselves. Lots of magazines, hunting for bargains, utilizing friends from church, and PRAYING non stop!

Once I settled on my color scheme things started to fall into place. I chose Teal, Black, White, and Lime Green. I don't care much for flowers so my major centerpiece component was peacock flowers! :)

It turned out beautiful! :)

Lessons & tips: Don't get too wrapped up in the non essential details...something WILL go wrong the day of, so be prepared to just go with the flow. Laugh A LOT.

Make a good schedule for the days events and print it out for everyone to have the day before. Put someone in charge of ENFORCING the schedule.

Don't leave your guests bored and hungry while you take your pictures ;)
