How I did it: I gave up and was going to try an IUI next month.  This is the first month in nearly two years that I wasn't stressed about it and it happened!    We did things naturally even though he has a low sperm count.  God smiled on us the day it hzappened.

Lessons & tips: Patience!

Resources: Fertility Clinic (who luckily didn't have to do anything) and a doctor who performed DH's surgery.
